ALL jewelry IS handmade to order AND SWEATSHIRTS PRINTED TO ORDER, so please consider this as you finalize your selection AS RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN THE CASE OF DAMAGE FOR CREDIT. If your item somehow arrives damaged, please email immediately with photographs and a clear description of the problem. This needs to be done within 7 days of delivery in order to BE processED. ANY CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ORDERING. ORDERS MAY BE CANCELED FOR FULL REFUND WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

all pieces are made by hanD in NYC so each has the mark of the maker’s hand. photographs DO THEIR BEST TO CAPTURE THE UNIQUE QUALITIES OF EACH PIECE, but please be aware each piece and all stones are unique and may appear different than that which you see in the photos.
NATURE accepts unused jewelry items in their original condition for store credit or an exchange within 10 days of delivery. Store credits are good for up to one year from date of issue. All returns must be in their original condition subject to review. Please email BREE@NATUREISANOBJECT.COM for a Return Authorization number and shipping information.
The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
NATURE DOES NOT accept returns on any custom or sale items.
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING IS VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR UPS FOR A FLAT FEE OF $5 OR OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE MAY BE PURCHASED AS WELL AS EXPEDITED SHIPPING. EMAIL WITH ANY REQUESTS. All packages are trackable and you will receive an email with this information when your items ship. We are not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire after your package.
If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped please promptly email. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit, in this event please contact the carrier and reference your tracking number for any special delivery requests
International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority International Service.
Some items incur duty fees upon arrival in your country. We cannot advise on these fees nor are they included in our shipping cost. They are your sole responsibility. We are happy to help you if you come upon a problem, however we are not responsible for items stuck or left in Customs.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.
FULFILLMENT, WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Because most jewelry is handmade to order, exact shipping dates CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. regular lead time for made to order pieces is 2-5 weeks from the purchase date.
SWEATSHIRTS ARE PRINTED CUSTOM AND SHIP WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS FROM PURCHASE DATE.
An email notification with your tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
Our warranty policy covers all defects in materials or workmanship for one year. Damage due to neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear will be repaired at cost and charged to the customer. Pricing for repairs begins at $75 and is subject to a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
